Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Investment Specialist to join our team in the Operations Development department.

As an Operations Investment Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the definition of the Investments Plan and monitoring its deployment across various Plants, Supply Chain, and other Operations entities within the Ferrero Group.

You will act as a link between central and local functions, contributing to the definition of Capex planning guidelines for the Operations Direction, ensuring effective communication on Capex guidelines and deadlines.

Your main tasks will include monitoring actual results and sharing them periodically with Area Industrial & Supply Chain Management.

You will also participate in the Area Industrial and Supply Chain Boards to share the Capex status and address messages to ensure the achievement of priorities.

In addition, you will support the Operations Capex maneuvers by preparing ad-hoc analysis and providing strategic insights.

Last but not least, you will guide Plants in adhering to the monthly Capex approval process, and organize periodic meetings to ensure alignment and proactively prevent issues, with the aim of optimizing capex with business priorities.

Estimated Salary

Ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and your level of experience.
