Our client, a prominent multinational FMCG group, is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Europe Demand Planning Hub Manager.

This position involves driving and deploying the demand planning process within the organization, adhering to global standards set by the Demand Planning Centre of Excellence.

The successful candidate will report professionally to the Group S&OP & Planning Process Improvement Manager and managerially to the Area Supply Chain and Area Business Planning and Development Managers.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining demand planning performance and model adoption within the Area
  • Executing demand planning activities in close collaboration with markets
  • Driving the Area S&OP consensus meeting and managing demand consolidation at the Area level

Main Task/Activities:

  • Support the development of the Global Standard Model and drive its adoption in each Region of the Area
  • Monitor the Target Operating Model implementation roadmap by Region/Country and support the IT department on tool implementation (BlueYonder & SAP TM)
  • Enhance local capabilities through ad-hoc training initiatives
  • Represent the center of statistical expertise for the Area, equipping stakeholders with necessary capabilities
  • Generate statistical forecasts in collaboration with the Area Demand Planning Hub team, Global COE, and demand planners in markets

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or scientific studies like data science/statistics/applied mathematics)
  • 15-20 years' experience in Demand Planning/S&OP activities, preferably in multinational companies, leading demand planning and transformation programs implementation
  • Deep knowledge of statistical forecasting tools (e.g., Blue Yonder) and MS Office
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with any other language being an advantage
  • Consolidated project management experience, leading digital transformational projects in international environments within matrix organizations

Estimated salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Note: This position is open to candidates who are willing to relocate to South Piedmont, Italy.
