Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for the EMEA region, aligning it with the company's global objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and customer segments to develop.
  • Nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Oversee negotiations and closing of strategic and complex contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team spread across multiple countries.
  • Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, providing feedback and support to ensure that goals are met.
  • Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders including marketing, product, and support teams to align initiatives and improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience managing a distributed sales team.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Lead.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the power sector, with a focus on the distribution business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Ability to manage complex requirements and multiple priorities.
