Milano, Lombardia, Italia Bending Spoons A tempo pieno

**Company Overview**

Bending Spoons is a rapidly growing company striving to build one of the all-time great companies. Our objective is to serve a huge number of customers, provide opportunities for team members to grow, and function at unparalleled levels of effectiveness and efficiency.

We execute a unique strategy by acquiring digital businesses with untapped potential and leveraging our platform to make them successful. This involves combining an investor's attention to capital allocation with the hands-on approach of an operator.

Working at Bending Spoons offers talented, driven, and collaborative individuals the opportunity to learn, make an impact, and progress their career at an exceptionally high rate. As a Product Manager, you will be part of a demanding environment that requires a significant commitment, but leads to fantastic learning, achievements, and career growth.

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive pay and access to equity in the company reflect our commitment to rewarding exceptional talent. We typically offer an individual at the start of their career a salary of €52,246, which grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, participating in the value creation we achieve together.

As a bonus, if relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut. We also offer flexible hours, remote working, unlimited backing for learning and training, top-of-the-market health insurance, a rich relocation package, generous parental support, and a yearly retreat to a stunning location.

Job Description

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include investigating and understanding the product, its business model, and what drives its growth. You will survey users and discover what they need, challenge the status quo to exceed their expectations, innovate by tapping into user requests, market trends, and emerging technologies, and leverage your creative insights to design cutting-edge features and products.

You will translate your ideas into high-impact features, prioritize ruthlessly, analyzing the data to make sure you focus only on what truly moves the needle, push product designers, engineers, and other team members to do the same, and use A/B testing and performance metrics to understand what worked and what didn't.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require reasoning ability, drive, and team spirit. You should be able to solve complex problems given the necessary knowledge, think from first principles, resist biases, and identify and take care of the details that matter.

You will need to be extremely ambitious, have initiative, effort, and tenacity that match the intensity of your ambition, feel deeply responsible for your work, hold yourself to a high—and rising—bar, give generously without expecting anything in return, support the best idea not your own, be reliable, honest, and transparent, and read, write, and speak proficiently in English.

Why Choose Bending Spoons?

We are an incredibly talented, entrepreneurial company that offers an exceptional opportunity for growth. Our teams are small, result-oriented, and autonomous, working alongside some of the brightest people in your field. You will have access to competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to participate in the value creation we achieve together.

Ours is a Culture of Excellence

We go to great lengths to hire individuals of outstanding potential and put them in the ideal position to thrive. Spooners in their 20s lead products worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and if you've got what it takes, you'll soon be playing an essential role in major projects too.

So, if you're ready to give your very best, don't hesitate to apply. We welcome applications in English and Italian and consider for employment any applicant regardless of background or experience.
