The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Presenting games with expertise and superior quality.
  • Representing the company brand by adhering to presentation and grooming policies.
  • Maintaining a professional level of technical proficiency in all games.
  • Engaging players and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Participating in the company's continuous improvement plan to achieve future growth.

Ideal Profile

  • Relocation to Bucharest may be required.
  • Native or fluent Italian (C2) and fluent English (C1) for effective communication.
  • Exceptional presenting skills and an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels and flexibility with working hours.
  • Reliability, good attendance, and timekeeping records are essential.
  • Attention to detail and excellent people skills are required for a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure.
