About the Role

As a Customer Activation Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our sales teams to deliver brilliant execution of Diageo's commercial plan. You will work closely with our sales teams to ensure they have the insight, growth drivers, and tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and facilitate the implementation of channel commercial activation and growth drivers plan.
  • Own the planning of activation and work with the sales team to ensure excellent execution.
  • Lead implementation of key growth driver initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient choice of outlets per brand and segmentation for all sales drivers activation.
  • Develop pragmatic solutions that overcome operational barriers.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding of the commercial opportunity, including customer understanding and outlet segmentation.
  • Ability to plan for excellence in execution and monitor in-market execution.
  • Lead performance, including understanding of spend, volume, margin, and profit performance.
  • Find solutions, including imaginative problem-solving and pursuing opportunities.
  • Consistent performance, including identifying clear priorities and focusing on them.
  • Be authentic, building relationships and demonstrating integrity.
