Procurement Assistant Indirect Materials

Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, is currently recruiting a Procurement Assistant Indirect Materials for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence. The resource will be part of the Procurement Department, reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager, and will be responsible for supporting buyers in the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage orders using the E-Procurement system
  • Provide administrative support
  • Conduct tenders and negotiate with suppliers
  • Evaluate and qualify suppliers according to internal policies and procedures
Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
  • 0-1 years of experience, with a previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Knowledge and understanding of Marketing and Communication is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in teams
  • Good organizational skills
  • Curiosity, flexibility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinking
