About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Network Project Manager to join our team at NEVERHACK Italy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and sustaining complex networks, including SD-WAN, DC-LAN, Cloud, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, Load-Balancers, and Satellite Solutions.
This role requires technical expertise to develop new product strategies, provide inputs against new solutions/applications or enhancements, and ensure compliance with security guidelines while contributing to the design of security.
You will also set up and optimize IT processes, IT documentation, and management reporting, interact with business units and vendors, manage budgets related to your area, and contribute to complex IT projects and programs, including software development.

Requirements
• At least 7 years' proven experience in Networking and Project Management areas;
• Fluency in English, both oral and written; any other language is an advantage;
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent;
• Proven experience with Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 Load-Balancers, HPe or Cisco Wi-Fi and LAN, Azure/AWS Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Networking, SD-WAN;
• Proven experience in Design and Build/Coordination/Project Management;
• Network or Security Certification (CCNP/ACSA or CCSE or similar) is nice to have;
• Experience with SASE and Network Automation is a plus;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment;
• Ability to operate under stretched timelines and identify priorities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
