Project Planning and Coordination

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and meeting client milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in project planning and coordination, preferably in the energy or manufacturing industry
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools
