About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company. As a key member of our engineering projects team, you will be responsible for the medium- to long-term planning of one or more projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project master schedules, starting from fabrication sequences prepared by manufacturing engineers, and assign lead times to each operation and resources.
  • Critical Path Identification: Identify and monitor project critical paths, supporting the component delivery manager team to meet project objectives.
  • Project Progress Control: Control and expedite effective project progress, identifying and following up on recovery plans when necessary, and addressing issues to minimize disruption or delays.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare project manufacturing schedules, workload, and progress reports, highlighting variances and proposing or requesting recovery options.
  • Safety Compliance: Comply with company policies, standards, and procedures, including safety, quality, risk, and security.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a technical field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
