Your Main Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure that our guests feel at home by providing exceptional personal service
  • Handle check-in and check-out operations with efficiency and professionalism
  • Manage administrative tasks with attention to detail
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel and the city of Milano
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

Your Profile:

  • Be yourself and bring your unique personality to our team
  • Tourism studies or a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management
  • Hospitality is in your blood, and you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • At least 1-year experience as a Front Office Agent or Receptionist
  • A sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and resistance to stress
  • Flexibility in working early, late, and night shifts
  • Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, with other languages being a plus

Additional Compensation:

  • Maggiorazione lavoro festivo (holiday pay)

Experience:

  • Front Office Agent: 1 anno (preferably)

Languages:
