Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to contribute to our mission in Bologna, Italy. This full-time apprenticeship role will involve working closely with our team to drive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to convert customer needs into detailed market and product specifications.
  • Engage with the R&D department to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and products.
  • Perform competitive analysis to remain updated on market trends and competitor strategies, providing insights for effective product positioning.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients, highlighting the unique benefits of our products and ensuring that the sales and marketing teams are well-informed.
  • Work alongside Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to assist in the creation of marketing materials and customer documentation.
  • Provide technical support for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), facilitating communication between Sales and Technical Teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management or a related area is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in global projects and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel, with a focus on specific customers within JMA Wireless' global operations.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak proficiently.
