Il QA/QC Manager di Bureau Veritas è responsabile dello sviluppo e dell'implementazione del piano di qualità per il progetto, in accordo con i requisiti contrattuali e gli standard di settore.

Responsabilità Principali
  • Sviluppare e implementare il piano di qualità per il progetto;
  • Gestire e coordinare il team di ispettori e personale QC per assicurare l'effettiva implementazione del piano di qualità;
  • Supervisionare le attività di ispezione e test sulle forniture, sia presso i fornitori che in cantiere, per verificarne la conformità;
  • Interfacciarsi con il Project Inspection Coordinator per affrontare e risolvere eventuali problematiche sulla qualità;
  • Monitorare i KPI di qualità e redigere reportistica periodica sull'andamento del programma di QA/QC;
  • Supportare il team di progetto nella gestione dei non conformi e delle azioni correttive;
  • Garantire il rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza e ambiente durante tutte le fasi del progetto.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Ingegneria o Scienze, preferibilmente in ambito industriale o dei materiali;
  • Almeno 8-10 anni di esperienza come QA/QC Manager in progetti EPC nell'industria oil gas;
  • Ottima conoscenza degli standard, normative e best practice del settore;
  • Capacità di lettura ed interpretazione di disegni tecnici e specifiche di qualità;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di team ispettivi e di controllo qualità;
  • Otte doti di comunicazione, problem solving e orientamento ai risultati;
  • Certificazione CSWIP 3.1 (Certified Welding Inspector);
  • Certificazione di II livello in Controlli Non Distruttivi (CND).
