Your Role:

Accounts Receivable Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in supporting all activities related to accounts receivable, ensuring efficient and cost-effective financial processes. You will actively manage active cycle management, optimize processes for greater efficiency and compliance, collaborate with other departments, and implement advanced accounting software or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Cycle Management: Provide support for all activities related to accounts receivable
  • Process Optimization and Regulatory Compliance: Continually seek ways to improve financial processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated financial operations across the company
  • Compliance Management and Audit Preparation: Ensure strict adherence to financial compliance standards
  • Technology Implementation and Innovation: Help implement advanced accounting software or ERP systems to enhance financial operations

Bonus Tasks:

You might be asked to perform additional tasks as your role evolves.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field (with honors)
  • At least three to five years of experience in Accounting & Finance
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language
  • Proficiency in Ms Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous SAP experience would be considered an asset
  • Ability to prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Availability to travel to the Emilia Romagna region on a weekly basis
