Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to join its Milan office and contribute to the Practice Cyber Security & Resilience. The selected candidate will be involved in projects focusing on:

  • Cyber Strategy
  • Cyber Risk
  • Cyber Compliance
  • Cyber Operations
  • Cyber Resilience

The role will also involve contributing to the growth and development of the Cyber Security Practice through the proposal and preparation of workshops, seminars, and publications on innovative topics in the field of Cyber Security.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management of Technologies and Systems, or Economics
  • Master's degree in Law, International Law, Criminology, or related fields with a proven academic track record or professional experience in Cyber Security

Experience:

  • 6-8 years in leading consulting firms or within Cybersecurity and/or IT structures of multinational companies
  • Familiarity with security standards, norms, and best practices, particularly ISO xx, SANS, NIST, CIS, and CSA

Languages:

  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of French and/or another foreign language is a preferred asset

Soft Skills:

  • Proactivity
  • Curiosity about the subject matter and relevant technological trends
  • Able to balance teamwork requirements with the expected level of autonomy
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Strong problem-solving orientation

Certifications:

The candidate should hold at least one certification in the following areas:

  • CISM
  • CISA
  • CRISK
  • ISO
  • COBIT
  • ITIL
  • CISSP

Certifications for vendor or third-party security solutions are also considered. Exceptions may be made for high-potential candidates or those with proven experience. If necessary, a tailored training program will be defined within the Cyber Training Program offered by the Sia Cyber Institute.
