Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to join its Cyber Security & Resilience practice in Milan. The successful candidate will be involved in projects related to cyber strategy, risk management, compliance, operations, and resilience.

The role requires a strong background in information security, with experience in managing complex projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or law, and a proven track record in the field of cyber security.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of security standards, such as ISO, SANS, NIST, CIS, and CSA, and will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French or another language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cyber security strategies and policies
  • Manage and mitigate cyber risks
  • Conduct security assessments and audits
  • Implement security controls and measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 6-8 years of experience in cyber security or a related field
  • Strong understanding of security standards and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in French or another language
