We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Statement & Reporting Specialist to join our team in the Administration & Reporting Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial reporting, with a proven track record of preparing accurate and reliable financial statements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare statutory financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Support the processing of Group Consolidated Financial Statements according to IAS-IFRS;
  • Manage local figures for the Ferrero Group consolidation system, preparing necessary adjustments;
  • Contribute to the preparation of income tax returns (IRES and IRAP), including calculation and fulfillment of documents;
  • Prepare information for certification of financial statements by Independent Auditors and Board of Statutory Auditors;
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and controlling bodies;
  • Execute Financial Analysis (Customers / Suppliers) to fulfill requests of other internal departments;
  • Annual reconciliation of Statutory Financial Statements with IFRS Financial Statements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or audit;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive mindset;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication capabilities;
  • IFRS and Italian GAAP knowledge;
  • Previous experience in accounting or audit firm/department;
  • FMCG experience is a plus;
  • Fluent in Italian;
  • English - Upper Intermediate (communication with Group).
