Job Title: Operations Director

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Euronext. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Project Governance: Set up and run project governance structures, including project committees and steering groups.
  • Communication: Manage internal and external communications, ensuring effective collaboration and information exchange.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize project meetings, workshops, and other events in line with Euronext's Project Management policy.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, track, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues effectively.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, supported by Product Owners, Sales, and Business Operations teams.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Provide consolidated project reports and monitor progress against scope.
  • Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendors and ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to key processes, such as GDPR and InfoSec.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: At least 4 years of project management experience, delivering projects from start to finish.
  • Culture and Communication: Experience working in an international and culturally diverse organization, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Agility: Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Languages: Mastery of English as a working language is essential; proficiency in French is a plus but not required.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
