Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Go-To-Market strategy that increases the adoption of AlfaDocs
  • Become the most knowledgeable person in the company about our audience, their needs, and preferences
  • Manage the launches of new features, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Position the development, value proposition, and messaging of the product and its use cases through all channels
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of these efforts
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on Product Marketing or a similar role in a SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, with experience with HubSpot a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and similar data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Bonus requirement: experience working in a HealthTech company

Onboarding and Training:

During the onboarding phase at AlfaDocs, you'll have a colleague dedicated to supporting you and responsible for your training. An onboarding period of 1 week is scheduled at our Munich office, where you'll meet our entire team and explore the city.
