Key Responsibilities- Maintain existing contracts and lead the development of innovative routes aligned with our company's distinctive positioning and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to ensure seamless execution of land experiences.
- Analyze and evaluate suppliers to identify value opportunities and promote innovative purchasing methodologies.
- Proactively manage contract renewals and extensions for designated destinations, leveraging your keen analytical skills to identify strategic opportunities.
- Drive cost optimization through shrewd negotiation tactics, securing the best terms while upholding our standards of quality and service.
- Foster dynamic partnerships with local operators in your assigned areas, developing your commercial acumen to enhance operational efficiency and elevate guest experiences.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of the Shoreside Services database by meticulously updating all contract details and associated costs.
- Lead the field by consistently evaluating supplier markets, seeking out alternative supply channels, uncovering value propositions, and implementing cutting-edge purchasing strategies and systems.
- At least 4/5 years of experience in the leisure and tourism sector, preferably in a procurement or sourcing role.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and academic background in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or related fields.
- Highly skilled in MS Excel and fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
