Responsibilities:
* Assist in the entire cycle of photo and video production, from pre-sale to post-production
* Collaborate with stakeholders within the CNCC and external teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Create and manage production documents, including pre-sale pitches and call sheets
* Monitor costs and update the production budget file
* Oversee the supplier onboarding process
* Track the progress of ongoing productions
Requirements:
* Professional working fluency in Italian and English languages
* Strong knowledge of Condé Nast brands and their tone of voice
* Previous experience in photo and video productions is a plus
* Excellent knowledge of the Google Workspace suite
* Creative mindset and attention to detail
