About the JobWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accessories Product Marketing professional to join our team at our headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy. As a key member of our Aftersales Business Development team, you will be responsible for enhancing our accessory product offer through effective marketing and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the accessories products portfolio to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor retail positioning, market trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive sales performance and increase product awareness among dealers and customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and propose innovative accessory solutions based on customer and dealer feedback.
- Lead the launch phase for new products, activating global and local marketing and communication channels, and analyzing business cases.
- Design and develop marketing and communication tools to increase product awareness and sales efficiency.
- Develop sales and promotions plans to achieve target sales and sustain accessory business growth.
- Collaborate with the Spare Parts Pricing Strategy Specialist to define pricing strategies for accessories.
- Develop media plans, events, and PR activities in collaboration with the Aftersales Marketing & Communication Specialist.
- Manage digital tools and IT projects related to accessories, such as the Car Configurator and Loom.
- Monitor sales performances and identify countermeasures to optimize accessory sales.
- Plan and monitor dedicated budget expenses to support accessory business growth.
- Support Regional Offices and Dealers' Network in activating local events and marketing programs.
- Support Aftersales Supply Chain in forecasting exceptional volume increases for accessories.
- Participate in Group meetings and projects to create synergies with other brands for accessories-related topics.
- University degree in Economics and/or Marketing.
- Passionate about cars and the automotive industry.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Automotive, preferably in Accessories/Product Marketing.
- Fluent English, Italian, and German language skills.
- Project management and target-oriented skills.
- Analysis skills and experience with main tools (SAP, Excel, Microstrategy, Salesforce).
- Problem-solving attitude.
