As a Field Automation Application Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless installation and maintenance of our diagnostic instrumentation and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and setup Laboratory Automation systems based on customer needs and contract specifications
  • Provide onsite user training to teach customers on our product portfolio
  • Offer remote support to troubleshoot customer issues and resolve technical problems
  • Collaborate with our field team to maintain, install, and validate laboratory systems
  • Utilize critical thinking to resolve technical issues and ensure strong customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively throughout Europe
