YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is seeking a Real Estate and Infrastructure Manager to oversee the management of our facilities in Bologna. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of our sites, verifying compliance with regulatory standards, and managing relationships with external providers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical subjects such as Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering. Experience in developing management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and facility audits is also required.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing facility services, implementing new solutions to optimize expenses, and supervising facility audits. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external providers and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage the relationships with external providers in relation to a broad range of aspects (contracts, services provision, quality control, etc.).
- Supervise facility audits and scout reliable suppliers for maintenance activities and projects.
- Coach and mentor your team, focusing on their career development and professional growth.
