We offer a highly competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

As an Accounting Professional - Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all accounting and administration areas, including but not limited to:

  • Carrying out all accounting cycles and drafting statutory accounts in accordance with Italian and International Accounting standards.
  • Coordinating treasury activities, including payment control, collecting signatures, bank reconciliations, cash positions reporting, and more.
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Maintaining tax compliance (VAT, Withholding taxes).
  • Leading monthly and year-end accounting closings.
  • Controlling month-end accruals.
  • Sales cash balancing.
  • Coordinating inter-company transactions and month-end inter-company reconciliations.
  • Providing support during audits.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in finance and accounting.
  • An independent, conceptual work style with strategic orientation.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • An analytical, structured, and process-oriented workflow.
  • An open, communicative, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality.
