Environmental Reporting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Reporting Coordinator to join our Environmental Sustainability Team at Moncler Spa's Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

About the Role

The Environmental Reporting Coordinator will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing environmental-related data, improving reporting systems and processes, and contributing to the completion of surveys such as CDP, DJSI, and sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Management: Establish and maintain systems for collecting environmental-related data, including greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, water usage, waste generation, and biodiversity-related measures.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze environmental data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring progress toward STBIs, SBTN, climate, and biodiversity targets related to the sustainability plan.
  • Supporting in the definition and update of climate and environmental targets to drive forward the Group's sustainability agenda.
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant climate-related regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Continuous improvement of data gathering from supply-chain related systems and external databases and tools.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in environmental reporting.
  • Proven experience in Energy and climate transition, Water Risk & Impact Assessment, GHG accounting and reporting, Life Cycle Assessment, GHG Target Settings, Resource Efficiency & Management, Water footprint, Sustainability Reporting.
  • Academic background in Environmental Engineer, Biology, Conservation and Natural Resource Management or similar degrees.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly grasp technical issues, assess data, and good knowledge of Excel or other modeling tools.
  • Experience with CDP, GHG Protocol, and climate risk analysis tools and databases.
  • Experience in climate and environmental primary data collection and monitoring from suppliers.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-working skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to write in Italian and English fluently, accurately, and concisely.
