Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a talented Digital Payments Consultant to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in projects related to innovative payments and monetary services. You will work closely with major banking and financial players to deliver high-quality solutions.

As a Digital Payments Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in the implementation of quantitative project activities using data quality, data cleaning, data transformation, and data analysis tools
  • Develop and present effective documentation to support client meetings
  • Enhance your business and functional skills
  • Gain autonomy in project management and business development
  • Contribute to the growth of our Service Line through hackathons, datathons, workshops, publications, market analysis, and participation in industry seminars and conferences
  • Support commercial development activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in economic and scientific fields (Economics, Fintech, Management, Engineering, and related STEM disciplines)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a major consulting firm or banking institution
  • Proficiency in English (daily use); knowledge of French or other languages is a plus
