About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join our team at Gi Group - RPO CV. As a key member of our Department MIE Maintenance And Inspection Engineering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our energy and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the commissioning, operation, and maintenance manager in reviewing technical documentation against contractual requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive maintenance engineering execution plan.
  • Collect and analyze maintenance-related design data from technical disciplines and suppliers.
  • Prepare and maintain a list of maintainable equipment (MEL) organized hierarchically by functional position.
  • Conduct equipment criticality analysis (ECA) to rank items listed in MEL based on safety, environmental, and production requirements.
  • Perform operability and maintainability reviews.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and tasks based on original equipment manufacturer data or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis results.
  • Prepare operational performance standards and required documentation for meetings with the company, project team, or vendors.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of Failure Mode and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) methodology.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project documentation and drawings related to oil and gas facilities, including 3D models, floor plans, P&IDs, PFDs, line lists, GA drawings, mechanical data sheets, vendor manuals, etc.
