Our Global Support Function Corporate Information & Quality Management is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Help Desk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees through the Help Desk service
  • Manage basic IT issues using ticketing and asset management tools
  • Install and configure IT devices such as laptops, workstations, and smartphones

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of main IT infrastructure systems, including switches, firewalls, and virtualized environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Experience in Help Desk or systems engineering activities is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Technical diploma or degree
