With over 500 employees across three locations in Italy, including Tarcento, San Donato Milanese, and Genoa, SMS group S.p.A. specializes in the design and implementation of cutting-edge, turnkey solutions such as hot and cold rolling mills for flat products, process lines, reheating furnaces, heat treatment lines, rolling mills for long products, meltshops, and continuous casting machines.

Our Global Support Function in Corporate Information & Quality Management is currently seeking a

YOUR ROLE

  • Provide Help Desk services to assist users with IT-related inquiries.
  • Manage basic IT issues utilizing the ticketing and asset management systems provided by the organization.
  • Install and configure IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, smartphones, and other devices.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with key IT infrastructure components such as switches, firewalls, and virtualized environments, particularly with VMware and Microsoft Windows Server.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A background in Help Desk support or systems engineering is advantageous.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Possession of a technical diploma or degree.
