The Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) team is a key component of the Campari Group's finance function, responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the organization. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key business partner and advisor to the Global Indirect Procurement team, providing financial guidance and support to drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Design and implement new process performance measuring models and procedures to drive business excellence.
- Ensure the reliability of financial data and provide deep analysis of business trends to inform decision-making.
- 1+ years of experience in FPA with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Experience in consumer goods industries preferred.
- Understanding of COGS and key Supply Chain performance drivers.
- Proven experience in working on challenging projects and delivering excellent results to deadlines.
- Familiar with working in a matrix organization.
