Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Italian market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating deals that meet our company's objectives.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Expand our customer base by acquiring new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Italian market

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in logistics or transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
