Join Our Team

New Guards Group is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our Corporate FP&A team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, monitoring results against budget and forecast, and providing strategic insights and in-depth analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare a budget and business plan with monitoring responsibility for the different entities of the group;
  • Support in developing periodic presentations and decks for top management on monthly and quarterly results;
  • Monitor expenses, investigating discrepancies with the budget;
  • Perform a rolling forecast process for all the entities of the group and at a consolidated level;
  • Work on month-end financial reporting activities.

Requirements

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in controlling, consulting, or in a similar role;
  • You have a BA in Economics disciplines;
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry will be considered a plus;
  • You have excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
  • You have knowledge of the main MS Office tools (excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency);
  • You have previous financial modeling experience (budgeting and monitoring);
  • You have strong analytical skills;
  • You can use Navision / Qlik;
  • You have the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners;
  • You have a hands-on approach and willingness to work in a team.
