Circular Agency is a privately held company focused on progressive growth and sustainability. We are a multidisciplinary agency based in Milan, specializing in creating innovative strategies and design solutions for clients in the fashion, luxury, technology, music, and art fields.
Your Role:
You will lead and oversee various teams of designers to create bold and high-quality creative initiatives across multiple channels, including content, digital, social media, branding, and immersive experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing the creative vision and direction for every single project.
- Managing and mentoring a wide team of designers, artists, directors, and photographers.
- Closely collaborating with the management team to visually conceptualize ideas.
- Refining and sharpening materials based on internal and client feedback.
Your Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with an agency, design studio, or brand.
- Strong understanding of contemporary culture, strategy, brand worlds, and social channels.
- Ability to work with focus and accuracy.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating execution of various projects (with a focus on Fashion, Luxury, Accessories, Transportation).
- Proficiency in graphic tools (inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and prototype tools (Figma).
