Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern within Living Operations at Hines, you will gain exposure to various facets of marketing while contributing to a reputable international real estate firm, a frontrunner in the Italian market.

  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals and budgets, ultimately achieving or surpassing revenue objectives.
  • Aid in the creation and execution of innovative resident acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of ROI.
  • Support the development of leasing strategies for new properties, including planning, coordination, and execution support with local leasing teams.
  • Manage the digital strategy for properties and contribute to the broader international digital initiatives.
  • Assist in the management of performance analytics for all marketing efforts and prepare regular reports on campaign and project outcomes.
  • Play a key role in launching living brands and nurturing relationships with potential business partners.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the living brands within Hines.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative strategies that enhance campaign success.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution is preferred, or equivalent years of direct experience are required.
  • The ideal candidate has completed or is in the process of completing a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A metrics-driven marketing mindset with a passion for writing, a keen eye for detail, and an aesthetic sense.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (C1 level), with a strong interest in content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with other tools is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and related analytics.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • A genuine passion for the marketing industry; interest in real estate and hospitality, particularly in sustainability, is advantageous.
