**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Key User to join our team at Daikin Europe NV. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and contributing to HRIS-related projects, participating in system upgrades and implementations, and maintaining the HRIS system.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead HRIS project management, including system upgrades, process improvements, data migration, and integrations.
  • Participate in system upgrades and implementations, including testing, documentation, and training.
  • Maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, privacy, and security.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide accurate and timely HR data.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Support EMEA key users to ensure best usage of system capabilities and backup structure.
  • Collaborate with IT, SAP, and implementation partners to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration or HR analytics.
  • 1+ year of experience in project management or business analytics.
  • Proficiency in SAP Success Factors suite, with a focus on Employee Central module.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and interest in HRIS technology trends.
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills, including task prioritization and deadline management.
