Job Summary

The Financial Operations Manager will oversee administrative and financial activities at the Country level, ensuring the efficient management of treasury activities and the processing of reports requested by the Istituto Marangoni Headquarters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities related to the Account Receivable process, collection analysis, and credit management process, supervising dedicated resources.
  • Manage monthly intercompany reconciliations and analyze any discrepancies with other entities in the Group.
  • Oversee Treasury activities to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processes.
  • Collaborate with the AP Accountant for supplier, VAT, taxes, and withholdings payments.
  • Support the Finance Manager in forecasting and optimizing company liquidity.
  • Prepare the weekly Cash report for Headquarters and support the Finance Manager in the preparation of the Cash Plan and Cash Forecast.
  • Manage payroll accounting and payment.
  • Support the Finance Manager in preparing tax declarations.
  • Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closing activities for the relevant part.
  • Collaborate with external consultants for relevant topics (auditors, tax consultants, and payroll consultants).
Requirements
  • Economic-financial degree.
  • Minimum 3/4 years of experience in the role.
  • Strong ability for analysis, planning, and precision.
  • Spirit of initiative and problem-solving.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP B1 accounting program and Office tools.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
