Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team at Hemro Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical training to our partners in South Europe, addressing customer concerns and quality claims, and maintaining comprehensive product documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical training to Hemro partners in South Europe
  • Address customer concerns and quality claims
  • Communicate closely with factories' quality and production teams
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation
  • Gather market insights for innovation and benchmarking
  • Conduct product field tests in collaboration with R&D
  • Serve as the primary contact for sales and marketing for technical content
  • Drive operational excellence in the assigned areas
  • Reporting to the Global Head of PM Branded Business and the Head of Sales EMEA

Requirements

  • 3 years of Product Management experience in a manufacturer, distributor, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in the coffee industry (e.g., roaster, café manager, wholesale or operations manager for roasted or green coffee)
