We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our MEMS Sub-Group team in Front-End Engineering and Operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development of wafer-level testing for micromachined elements in MEMS sensors and actuators.
Key Responsibilities- Device know-how: Develop and maintain expertise in device architecture, specifications, I/O interfaces, and key aspects for calibration.
- Testing HW Design: Collaborate with Test System suppliers to design custom HW for product verification and calibration, including physical stimulus.
- Testing HW & SW validation: Debug and verify testing HW and SW to ensure high accuracy and repeatability.
- Device Test development: Implement, debug, and analyze problems to ensure stability and robustness of device tests.
- Transfer to production plants: Introduce validated solutions to production manufacturing plants, adhering to manufacturing constraints and standard requirements.
- Data analysis: Participate in new product introduction by analyzing data, ensuring statistical results align with expectations, minimizing overkill, and optimizing yield and test efficiency.
- Master's degree in Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, Physical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages, including C/C++ (required), Python, and Matlab (desired).
- Familiarity with test concepts, test system capabilities, measurement system analysis, and statistical lot management.
- Expertise in MEMS process, MEMS calibration, and knowledge of SPEA testers (DOT) is a plus.
