Job Title: Head of SL Deals and Promotions

Amazon Fashion's EU Marketing team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead commercial and program work streams for key events like Black Friday, Prime Day, Seasonal Sales, and Back to School.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the vision and roadmap for SL Promotions, aligning with broader business objectives.
  • Create and deliver specific and strategic commercial goals for each event, working with marketing, product, and category teams.
  • Manage a high degree of complexity, financial risk, and responsibility, bringing innovation, planning, operational excellence, and growth to our largest shopping days.
  • Partner with the Retail Category Excellence team to improve deals as a tool for inventory management and deliver X-PF deals initiatives as a member of the central Retail Deals Team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery, feature delivery, and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner, owning technology products, and product cycles of 6+ months.
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
