Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing project management work in accordance with agreed deadlines.
  • Coordinate project teams, manage relationships with clients and suppliers, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Verify project activities and ensure quality of work throughout the process.
  • Manage one or more projects, ensuring their correct execution according to defined contractual methods.
  • Plan projects, define contract development plans, and coordinate resources.
  • Act as a mediator between parties, maintaining active communication within and outside the organization.
  • Conduct periodic meetings to verify project progress.
  • Draw up summary reports of weekly and monthly meetings, monitoring project activities and creating/modifying schedules and budgets.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering is required.
  • Experience in the Hospitality sector is considered a plus.
  • Around 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Design Coordinator with on-site experience.
  • An excellent level of English (B2/C1).
  • Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
  • Technical background to attend and intervene in technical meetings.
  • Coordination and time-management skills, ability to plan and direct coordination meetings.
  • Orientation to results.
  • Good knowledge of Autocad, Office package, Microsoft Project.
  • Availability to travel.
