About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently seeking candidates interested in a 6-month internship within the Public Relations Department.

Responsibilities:

During your internship in the Digital Marketing & Social Media domain, you will have the opportunity to engage and learn in the following areas:

  • Social media management including content creation, editorial planning, account management, and community engagement.
  • Digital marketing strategies and brand communication.
  • Coordination of social media posting schedules, trend research, and collaboration opportunities, as well as generating engagement and monitoring competitors.
  • Utilization of tools such as Sprout, Traackr, Adobe Analytics, and other analytical and tracking resources.
  • Support for media, creator, and influencer visits, involvement in special projects, and development of marketing collateral with the assistance of a graphic designer.

Qualifications:

A passion for service and a commitment to delivering authentic guest experiences.

Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Italian and English.
