Job Overview

Sidel, a leading company in the beverage industry, is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Installation Project Coordinator to join our team.

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location: Parma, Italy

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in capital projects field operations and a strong background in the beverage industry. They will be responsible for driving the on-site activities preparation and needs definition for all new Equipment Projects to be executed in the Region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the on-site strategy and means required to meet S-Q-C-D new Equipment Projects deliverables within the Region;
  • Ensuring all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including corporate values, governance, and processes;
  • Supporting on-site activities risk identification and assessment for critical projects;
  • Managing and supporting the ISM team, driving competence development and utilization;
  • Reporting to stakeholders and leading site work preparation meetings with the Project Manager Execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is a plus;
  • Practically based, occupationally specific skills;
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken;
  • Min 5 years experience in capital projects Field Operations;
  • Min 3 years experience in the beverage industry, covering ISM or FSE roles.
