About the Role

We're searching for a talented HR Assistant to join our Operations Human Resources team. As an HR Assistant, you'll play a key role in providing a great employee experience to our workforce. You'll work closely with HR leaders and management on HR-focused projects to create an engaging working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day HR administration, such as procedures for new staff, self-service tools, and attendance reviews
  • Using internal dashboards to generate reports for site management
  • Planning initiatives to promote the well-being and experience of on-site staff
  • Performing audits to ensure compliance with business processes, data protection, local labor regulations, and human resources procedures
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Education and/or experience in HR administration
  • Effective communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire and earn trust with associates and managers
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written Italian language
  • Good command of English (Common European Framework of Reference B1)
  • Analytical skills, able to identify problems and root causes, work with numbers, data, run metrics, and pull reports
  • Confidentiality and composure when dealing with sensitive data and confidential information
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • Knowledge of local employment law, employee relations practices, and Payroll
  • Experience managing HR information systems for data entry and time and attendance monitoring
  • Experience dealing with an operational workforce in a similar industry or in factory sites
