We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Logistics Administration Specialist to join our team in Mantua, Italy. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and managing documents related to inbound/outbound goods, ensuring proper administration of all information, and completing data entry and reporting activities using custom-made local software and tools.
Your Responsibilities- Process all incoming and outgoing documentation for the department, including delivery notes, CMR, export declarations, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to create and update specific local operative procedures and ways to communicate administrative information.
- Ensure a smooth flow of information and paperwork by completing all daily administrative duties, including processing receipts, taking records, and processing inbound/outbound documentation.
- Conduct data entry and reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely input of all data in local systems.
- 0-2 years' experience in large-scale, highly automated fulfillment operations, preferably in eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail.
- Experience in fast-paced work environments with strong analytical skills, ability to identify root causes of problems, and a metric-based approach.
- Expertise in administrative activities in logistics and/or productive fast-paced environments with a strong use of data entry software and widespread usage of reports.
- Solid exposure to team working in logistics and/or productive contexts with high volumes.
