Logistics Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Administration Specialist to join our team in Mantua, Italy. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and managing all documentation related to inbound and outbound goods, ensuring a proper administration of all information, and completing data entry and reporting activities using custom-made local software and tools.
Your Responsibilities- Support the Operations team with the administration of documentation, checking and collating delivery notes, run and seal sheets, and keeping all materials organized according to local procedures.
- Process all incoming and outgoing documentation for the department, including delivery notes, CMR, export declarations, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to create and update specific local operative procedures and ways to communicate administrative information.
- Complete all daily administrative duties, including processing receipts, taking records, and processing inbound and outbound documentation.
- Ensure the accurate and timely input of all data in local systems by conducting data entry and reporting activities.
- 0-2 years' experience in large-scale, highly automated fulfillment operations, preferably in eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where analytical skills, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making are essential.
- Expertise in administrative activities in logistics and/or productive environments, with a strong use of data entry software and reporting tools.
- Solid exposure to team working in logistics and/or productive contexts with high volumes.
