Your Role

As an Administration Specialist, you will play a vital role within the Operations team, focusing on the collection and management of documentation related to goods movement. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate administration of information, performing data entry, and generating reports using specialized software and tools.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support operations by verifying and organizing delivery notes and related documents, adhering to established procedures.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing documentation, including delivery notes, export declarations, and more.
  • Collaborate with operations to develop and update local procedures for effective communication of administrative information.
  • Carry out daily administrative tasks, including processing receipts and managing documentation.
  • Ensure precise and timely data entry into local systems, maintaining high standards of reporting accuracy.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in large-scale automated fulfillment operations, preferably in eCommerce, fashion, or retail.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with administrative tasks in logistics or high-volume settings, proficient in data entry software and reporting tools.
  • Proven teamwork experience in logistics or production contexts with significant operational volumes.
