We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Logistics Administration Specialist to join our team in Mantua, Italy. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and managing all documentation related to inbound and outbound goods, ensuring proper administration of information, and completing data entry and reporting activities using custom-made local software and tools.
Your Responsibilities- Process all incoming and outgoing documentation for the department, including delivery notes, CMR, export declarations, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to create and update local operative procedures and communicate administrative information.
- Complete daily administrative duties, including processing receipts, taking records, and processing inbound and outbound documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of all data in local systems by conducting data entry and reporting activities.
- 0-2 years' experience in large-scale, highly automated fulfillment operations, preferably in eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a metric-based approach.
- Expertise in administrative activities in logistics and/or productive environments with a strong use of data entry software and reports.
- Strong team working skills in logistics and/or productive contexts with high volumes.
