Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at Quirónprevención. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HSE plans, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and audit HSE practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to work safely.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss events, identifying root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or in a similar role, with a strong track record of implementing effective HSE programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex HSE concepts and ideas effectively.
