Job Overview
At GXO Logistics, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Logistics Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects within the logistics sector, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging your expertise in project management, logistics, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report on service KPIs, collaborating with Depot Managers, Business Unit Directors, and Operations Managers to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
• Develop and propose continuous process improvement initiatives, working with Business Unit Program Managers, Depot Managers, and other stakeholders to drive change and innovation.
• Liaise with Depot and Operations Managers to plan weekly work, ensuring it aligns with agreed-upon service KPIs and goals.
• Participate in development, re-engineering, and improvement projects within Business Units, working closely with Sales, Solution Design Management, and other departments.
• Interface with clients through regular meetings to analyze problems and propose solutions, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Create profit and loss accounts for warehousing/distribution projects, working collaboratively with managers and the Administration, Finance, and Control department.
• Design warehouse layouts tailored to client needs, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Submit commercial offers to the Board and/or customers, coordinating with Commercial Management and the Solution Design department.
• Prepare project cost modeling in collaboration with various company departments, including HSE, Human Resources, ICT, Legal, Administration, Finance, and Control.
• Conduct activities in compliance with work safety regulations and safety procedures, protecting company assets and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ensure SOX compliance across all processes under your responsibility.

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Management Engineering, Logistics, or Economics, along with at least 5 years' experience in managing complex projects within the logistics sector. You should possess excellent knowledge of the English language, proficiency in Office Package tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and good understanding of Autocad and AS400. Additionally, you should demonstrate analysis and synthesis skills, confidentiality, effective communication, interpersonal, and management skills, as well as problem-solving abilities and flexibility.
